Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  A $100 non-refundable deposit is required on all cancellations.

Credit Card:  A valid credit card must be on file in order to make a reservation.

Smoking Policy:  Smoking is not allowed inside of any vehicles.

Alcohol:  Alcohol is not allowed inside of Sedan Cars.

Personal Items:  Knoxville Executive Transportation Service is not held responsible for any items left in any of their vehicles.
